The Summerside Rotary Mardi Gras curling funspiel, sponsored by NAPA Provincial Auto Parts, is back! Grab some friends, family, or co-workers and come join us for some curling and fun this March 7-9.

Sponsored by NAPA Provincial Auto Parts, The Summerside Rotary Club's annual Mardi Gras curling funspiel is fast approaching. This important fundraising event will be held on March 7th-9th, with proceeds going to Rotary's 'Strive' scholarship program. Each year Summerside Rotary provides multiple $1000 scholarships to local high school graduates. The Mardi Gras has become the key fundraiser for these scholarships.
On Friday night we will have a delicious assortment of snacks, including wings, mussels, nachos, and more, sponsored by Spring Valley Building Centre and the Dental Centre. As well, on Saturday evening, participants will be treated to a hip-o-beef dinner, co-sponsored by Key Murray Law.
Finally, being a Mardi Gras event, there will be prizes for the most "uniquely" dressed team, so prepare your costumes now!
Last year we had 40 entries and we expect those spots to fill up quickly this year as well. We know it is going to be a fun filled weekend of curling and fellowship, coinciding with our annual pancake breakfast, as well. So please, sign your teams up quickly and don't miss out!
